How deep is the pool?

The pool is 4 feet deep. It is 15ft wide and 30 ft long.

How many guests are allowed?

We allow up to 50 guests.

Can I have more than 50 guests?

Guest count is strictly enforced. Larger groups must be approved prior to visit and additional security may be required at an additional cost.

Where do I and my guests park?

There is plenty of street parking for you and your guests. Please be courteous and do not block our neighbors driveways. You can park in the driveway during any unloading, once you have completed you will need to move your car to the street.

Do all guests have to sign the pool rule and liability form even if they aren’t getting in the water?

ALL GUESTS visiting the premises MUST sign the pool rules and liability form BEFORE entering the property.

Where should we enter the premises?

You enter the premises at the backyard gate. The gate will be open at the time of your booking. However if by any chance the gate is not open, you can ring the camera bell at the garage door and a staff member will greet you.

Is there a restroom?

Yes there is an outdoor restroom available for guests as well as a shower.

Can we bring alcohol?

Only persons 21+ are permitted to consume alcohol on the premises. Some events on the premises may require ID to consume alcohol . Please be responsible while drinking.

Can we smoke?

Smoking is permitted by the firepit area ONLY.

Are pets allowed?

NO pets are allowed.

When is pool season?

Pool season is May 1st - October 31st
