Pool Rules

  • NO WEAPONS ALLOWED

  • No ticketed events.

  • No teen parties.

  • Guest count strictly enforced, exceeding count will result in fines and removal of guests.

  • All guests must park on the street and do not black neighbors driveways or mailboxes.

  • Please adhere to your reserved pool time.

  • Music & noise should be kept at respectable levels.

  • Swim at own risk, no lifeguards are present.

  • All small children are required to wear life jacket or arm floats.

  • No unattended minors, adult must be present at all times.

  • Keep up with your personal belongings.

  • No coal hookah, electric only.

  • No nudity, sex or lewd acts.

  • No diving, horse play or running.

  • No climbing in & out the pool over the sides, use the pool stairs.

  • No urinating, spitting or blowing nose in water.

  • No pets allowed.

  • Clean up before leaving property.

  • You are responsible for yourself, and will be held liable for your actions.

  • Owner is not be responsible for any accidents, regardless of fault.

  • Management reserves the right to revoke pool access and have guests removed.

  • Responsibility for Behavior of Client, Guests and Vendors. Client is responsible for conduct of Client's guests, attendees, and vendors. Client agrees to comply with all applicable City, County, State, and Federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act during the Event. In addition, any damage or litigation resulting from the actions by Client's guests and/or vendors will be the liability to the signed party of this Agreement.

  • Alcohol Consumption. Client shall notify management if they plan to sell alcohol by a licensed bartender on premises. Client agrees, for everyone's safety, to ensure alcoholic beverages are consumed in a responsible manner. Client may not serve alcohol to minors on the premises at any time. Alvine Lynnyard reserves the exclusive right and discretion, to expel anyone who, in Alvine Lynnyard's judgment, is intoxicated and/or under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and/or who shall in any manner do or participate in any act jeopardizing the rights and/or insurability of Alvine Lynnyard, and/or the safety of its staff, guests, or property.

  • City, County, State and Federal Laws: Renter agrees to comply with all applicable city, county, State, and Federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the premises. The laws of the state of Tennessee shall govern this agreement. In the event of lawsuit involving or relating to this agreement, Client agrees that the venue will be in Davidson County, Tennessee.

  • Insurance and Liability. Alvine Lynnyard maintains liability and personal property damage insurance insuring Alvine Lynnyard's employees, contractors, and contracted vendors against all bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury. Alvine Lynnyard is not liable for any damages that its insurance carriers fail to cover. Alvine Lynnyard is not responsible for any loss, interruption, or disturbance of the Event. Losses arising out of Client's use, Client's occupancy of the premises, or any guest of the Client will be the responsibility of the Client. The Client is personally responsible for the actions of all Client's guests and vendors. 

  • Guest Count. Client must provide a guest count at time of book and must provide an accurate guest count 48 hours prior to the event date. Guest count shall not exceed 50 persons. Any larger amount must be preauthorized by Management. If the guest count needs to increase during less than 48 hours prior to the Event date, consideration and pricing will be at the discretion of Alvine Lynnyard.

  • Setup. Must be conducted on the Date of the Event, unless otherwise approved by Alvine Lynnyard. Takedown must be completed by the end of the Event Date. It being understood that a fee will be applied if any additional setup and/or takedown days are required by the Client.

  • Decoration. Alvine Lynnyard wants to make every event here a special and welcome experience. Therefore, every effort will be made to allow Client to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements. We ask that the staff of Alvine Lynnyard be involved with rearranging and move any furnishings and seating. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our fence, deck, brick or fine wood, no glitter, no confetti, or small pieces. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed and in an extreme case of any wall damage, the card on file will be charged.

  • Catering, Cleaning, Trash and Equipment Removal. Alvine Lynnyard will be in a clean condition prior to your event. Upon additional planning with Alvine Lynnyard, you will need to incorporate your set-up time and clean up time into the booking time, you are required to return the space to the same clean condition in which it was found, unless payment for clean-up was made. Otherwise, all trash must be collected, properly bagged and removed by the Client and the furniture must be placed in it’s original place. All rental equipment must be removed that night unless approved otherwise by Alvine Lynnyard.

  • Lost and Found. Alvine Lynnyard takes no responsibility for personal effects and possession left on premises during or after any event. We do, however, maintain a lost and found and will hold recovered items up to 30 days. Every attempt will be made to return any recovered item to its rightful owner. 

  • Event Staff. Staffing services for Client's Event are required to work with Alvine Lynnyard Management. Staffing fees may incur and will vary based on the details of Client's Event, which include beginning and end time, rental and decor selections, guest count, floor plan, food and beverage selections, custom venue rental hours, holidays, and/or any other details regarding Client's Event that may require additional staff. Alvine Lynnyard reserves the right to determine appropriate staffing levels and associated fees for the Client's Event to ensure an amazing experience for all Event guests. Final staffing costs cannot be determined until receipt of all details and final guest counts from Client's Event.
