Plan Your Visit

  • The rate is $100 an hour for up to 50 guests.

  • A 50% deposit is due at time of booking.

  • Full payment is required 5 days prior to visit.

  • There is a refundable $100 cleaning and incidental fee at time of full payment. Staff will review the premises before your departure, if everything is sufficient, the fee will be immediately refunded.

  • Cancellations are required 7 days in advance of booking date for full deposit refund. Cancellations less than 7 days notice will receive 50% deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will not receive a refund.

  • In the event of inclement weather forcast within 3 days of your booking, you may attempt to reschedule based on facility availability and feasibility, if you choose not to reschedule you will receive a 50% deposit refund.

  • All guests must sign the liability form and pool rules before your visit.

  • Guest count is strictly enforced.

  • Larger bookings will require on site security at an additional charge.

  • Guests are allowed to park on the street. Please be courteous to our neighbors and do not block driveways.

  • Pets are not permitted. (However, you may see our family dog Sox while visiting us.)

  • During certain events we require a valid form of ID for every guest consuming alcohol. Please note that digital driver’s licenses or pictures of your ID are not currently a valid form of ID in Tennessee.

  • You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.

  • Don’t let the cool weather keep you from visiting! Remember our pool is heated plus we have a hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of outside heaters to keep you nice and warm.
