• The rate starts at $125 an hour for up to 50 guests*.

• Bookings over 25 people require Large Party Add On

• Guest count is strictly enforced.

• Full payment is required 5 days prior to booking.

• Cancellations are preferred 5 days in advance of booking date.

• All guests must sign the liability form and pool rules before your visit.

• No ticketed events! This is not a venue where you can sell tickets to the public for your booking.

• You are welcome to bring a DJ and other items with the Outside Amenities Add On.

• Guests are allowed to park on the street. Please be courteous to our neighbors and do not block driveways, mailboxes or fire hydrant. Best to carpool or rideshare.

• Pets are not permitted. (However, you may see our family dog Sox while visiting us.)

• You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.

• During certain events we require a valid form of ID for every guest consuming alcohol. Please note that digital driver’s licenses or pictures of your ID are not currently a valid form of ID in Tennessee.

• Don’t let the cool weather keep you from visiting! Remember our pool is heated plus we have a hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of outside heaters to keep you nice and warm.
