Plan Your Visit

The rate starts at $125 an hour for up to 40 guests*.
Bookings over 20 people require Large Party Add On.
Guest count is strictly enforced. Exceeding guest count will result in a $250 fine.
Adding time at the last minute during your booking is an additional $150 per hour.
Leaving late from your booking is a $75 fine.
You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.
You have free access to two 15” bluetooth speakers to give you amazing sound throughout the space.
Full payment is required 5 days prior to booking.
Cancellations are preferred 5 days in advance of booking date.
All guests must sign the liability form and pool rules before your visit.
No ticketed events! This is not a venue where you can sell tickets to the public for your booking.
Guests are allowed to park on the street. Please be courteous to our neighbors and do not block driveways, mailboxes or fire hydrant. Best to carpool or rideshare.
Pets are not permitted. (However, you may see our family dog Sox while visiting us.)
During certain events we require a valid form of ID for every guest consuming alcohol. Please note that digital driver’s licenses or pictures of your ID are not currently a valid form of ID in Tennessee.
Don’t let the cool weather keep you from visiting! Remember our pool is heated plus we have a hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of outside heaters to keep you nice and warm.
